LGS Modular are a modular build company established since 2020. Based in Dromore Co. Tyrone, specialising in the design & build of high end, luxury modular spaces using light gauge steel as its primary structure. We design, engineer, build and deliver light gauge steel structures for customers and clients all over the Island of Ireland and beyond. Our buildings are commonly used as office space, granny annex homes, holiday homes, Garden rooms and home extensions. Our aim is to provide quality, healthy, highly energy efficient spaces at an affordable price. We achieve this by using high levels of insulation, air tightness, air quality systems and quality materials within our builds. Ensuring LGS Modular builds are one of the most comfortable and affordable spaces to live, work and play in.
